Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Description:

As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving property sales, engaging clients, and contributing to the success of Gavmeldah Homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, engage, and nurture potential clients to drive property sales.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify property trends and investment opportunities.
Coordinate and participate in property site inspections to showcase listings to clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Participate in weekly training sessions and industry conferences to stay updated on market trends and enhance skills.
Actively promote Gavmeldah Homes’ property portfolio through various marketing channels.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and manage relationships effectively.
Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven attitude.
Availability for site inspections and client meetings.
Knowledge of the Abuja real estate market is an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:

Monthly Salary (Negotiable) 
Competitive commission structure:
Land Sales Commission: 10% (minimum commission of ₦350,000 per transaction).
Building Sales Commission: 5%.
Investment Sales Commission: 5%.
Referral/Indirect Commission: 3%.
