As a key part of our sales force, you will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, meeting sales targets by using a consultative approach to selling, using your expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify and develop relationships with new clients, focusing on understanding their IT needs and challenges.
Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to reach targets, including lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
Product Knowledge: Understand the company’s IT products and services, including software, hardware, and consulting services, to effectively demonstrate and pitch to potential clients.
Solution Selling: Assess client needs and offer customized IT solutions that align with their business goals, creating value propositions.
Negotiations and Closing: Conduct negotiations on pricing, contracts, and service terms, aiming to close deals that meet sales targets.
Account Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, handling renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product releases to identify new sales opportunities.
Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and documentation to management on sales performance and client feedback.
Required Skills
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex IT products and concepts clearly to clients.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT products and services, including cloud solutions, software, and hardware.
Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating terms and conditions to achieve profitable sales deals.
Sales and Marketing: Knowledge of sales techniques, including consultative selling and relationship-building.
Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client pain points and provide tailored IT solutions.
Customer Service: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client accounts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT sales, preferably with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales forecasting tools.
Up to date with the latest tech trends, particularly those impacting clients’ industries.
Upsell and cross-sell success rate.
