Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and stylish Luxury Fashion Store Manager to join our team in Ikoyi, Lagos. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining our high-end brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable shopping experience for our clients.
Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and goals.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products, including designer clothing, handbags, and accessories.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer loyalty, and enhance brand awareness.
Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Collaborate with our buying team to provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a luxury retail management role.
Strong knowledge of luxury fashion brands and trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with retail management software.
Preferred Location:
Candidates residing in Ikoyi, Yaba, or Gbagada areas are highly preferred, due to proximity to our store location.
