We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and compliance, helping to drive informed decision-making and ensure the company’s financial health.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the company’s financial strategy, budgets, and forecasts.
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and present findings to the executive team.
Ensure compliance with all financial and tax regulations and legal requirements.
Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring the company maintains liquidity for operational needs.
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions and business growth initiatives.
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
Implement and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Provide guidance to management on financial planning and risk management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or a related field
3-5 years of relevant experience
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
High level of integrity and commitment to ethical financial practices.
