Client Success Manager

The Client Success Manager will be responsible for

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for collecting leads from key account target customers, establishing contacts, and achieving cooperation with target customers.
Manage quotes, orders, and other transactions with customers.
Responsible for the long-term cooperative relationship between the company and key account clients. Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs and issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct market research on the industry where key account clients are located, and analyze changes in customer needs and market trends.
Regularly report market feedback and competitor information to superiors. 
Respond quickly to customer issues, especially emergencies or complaints, maintain the company’s image, and properly handle customer issues. 
Obey work arrangements and strictly implement SOP.

Job Requirements

I have more than 3 years of sales experience and more than 1 year of sales experience for industry key customers. I understand market trends, industry characteristics, financial processes, and financial payment needs well. 
Familiar with key customer business processes, good at customer service development, and relationship management.
Must have requisite negotiation and communication skills.
Must have strong leadership skills.
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.

Please note that this role is domiciled in Lagos a high Priority for Ikeja, Alimosho, and Island.
