Apex Network is excited to welcome an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Relations and Transaction Officer at the entry level to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and assistance for their inquiries and transactions.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer interactions, processing transactions accurately, and helping resolve any issues that may arise.
You will receive comprehensive training to ensure you have the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this position.
By delivering exceptional customer service and support, you will help foster positive relationships with our clients, contributing to their overall satisfaction and loyalty to Apex Network.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a desire to help customers succeed.
Basic understanding of transaction processing and related technologies.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
