As a Vendor Success Associate, you’ll be the bridge between our vendors and our internal teams.
Your role is crucial in ensuring our vendors are satisfied, supported, and successful.

Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Onboarding: Guide new vendors through the onboarding process, ensuring they have all the tools and information needed to succeed.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our vendors, acting as their primary point of contact.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any vendor-related issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Performance Monitoring: Track vendor performance metrics and provide feedback to help them improve and grow.
Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue through vendor partnerships, including upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure vendor needs are met and exceeded.
Training & Support: Provide ongoing training and support to vendors, helping them navigate our platform and optimize their listings.
