Accountant (Assistant) Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, reports, and statements.
Process invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts on a monthly basis.
Support in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Assist with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions.
Assist in budget preparation and cost tracking.
Handle filing, archiving, and retrieving financial documents as needed.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve any accounting-related inquiries.
Assist with payroll processing and related recordkeeping.
Provide support during audits and assist in implementing necessary changes based on audit findings.
Perform other accounting-related tasks and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in an accounting or finance-related role is a plus but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
