Social Media Representative Administrative Officer

Job Duties and Description

Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence across all platforms.
Create and schedule engaging posts to drive brand awareness and audience interaction.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated on current social media trends and best practices.
Assist in developing and implementing online marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of an OND in a related field.
1 – 3 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
Proficiency in using social media tools and platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is an added advantage.
Female candidates preferred for gender balance.
Must reside in or around Yaba and its environs.
