Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished Director of Human Capital Management to lead our people strategy and align it with the organization’s mission and goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic human capital initiatives, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the effective management of talent across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement human capital strategies that support the organization’s objectives.
Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
Design and drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
Lead the development of leadership and employee training programs.
Ensure the organization is compliant with all labor laws and regulations.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management frameworks.
Partner with senior leadership to address workforce challenges and opportunities.
Implement data-driven HR analytics to measure and enhance workforce performance.
Foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Human Capital Management or similar is preferred.
A minimum of [8–10 years] of progressive experience in Human Capital Management, with at least [5 years] in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic human capital initiatives.
Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or SPHR are highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
