Recruitment Operations Manager

Salary: 170,000 – 250,000 NGN per month

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Recruitment Operations Manager to join our growing team in Ikeja, Lagos. This role will be crucial in streamlining recruitment processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring the timely delivery of top-tier talent solutions to our clients across various industries in Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization

Develop, implement, and maintain efficient recruitment processes and workflows.
Continuously analyze and improve operational efficiency throughout the recruitment cycle.
Oversee the adoption and use of recruitment technologies and tools.

Team Leadership

Manage and mentor a team of recruiters.
Assign roles and responsibilities for various recruitment projects.
Provide guidance and support to ensure the team consistently meets performance targets.

Project Management

Oversee multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality of candidates.
Manage resource allocation across client engagements to meet client needs and deadlines.
Ensure adherence to client service level agreements (SLAs).

Quality Control

Establish and maintain high standards for candidate sourcing, screening, and presentation.
Conduct regular audits of recruitment processes to ensure quality deliverables.
Implement continuous improvement measures to enhance the quality of candidates presented to clients.

Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for high-priority clients.
Collaborate with the Sales team to exceed client expectations.
Provide expert advice and insights to clients on recruitment best practices.

Reporting and Analytics

Develop and track key recruitment metrics and KPIs.
Prepare regular performance reports, including team productivity, project progress, and operational efficiency.
Use data insights to drive strategic decisions and improve recruitment processes.

Innovation and Technology

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovative recruitment practices.
Evaluate and recommend new recruitment tools and technologies to improve operations.

Compliance and Best Practices

Ensure recruitment activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Foster a culture of ethical recruitment practices within the team.
Develop and maintain recruitment best practices to uphold industry standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Proven success in improving recruitment processes and operational efficiency.
Strong understanding of the African job market and recruitment landscape.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations in recruitment.
Comfortable working in a startup environment.
