Job Description
· Manage and oversee the end-to-end operations and fulfillment processes to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop, implement, and optimize operational workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to meet client expectations.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Ensure inventory levels are maintained and logistics processes are efficient to meet operational demands.
Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize service disruptions.
Prepare and present detailed operational reports to senior management.
Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or fulfillment management, preferably in the ISP or technology sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
Proficiency in using operational management tools and software.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Cross-functional skills to collaborate with different teams and departments.
Availability to immediately resume is an added advantage.
