Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
Assist with special projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and calendar management tools.
