Job Summary
The General Manager of Operations (GMO) spearheads strategic and operational direction for all technical and business development functions within the company, including engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services, workforce acquisition, and overall compressed natural gas (CNG) retail operations.
This position is responsible for managing the complete EPC project life cycle—spanning bidding, tender preparation, execution, commissioning, and handover—while coordinating and supplying staff to facilitate operations across oil and gas upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors.
This position guarantees adherence to technical standards, regulatory mandates, and commercial objectives.
Additionally, the GMO enhances business expansion by applying specialized technical knowledge to secure contracts, cultivate client relationships, and broaden the company’s market reach.

A minimum of twelve years of hands-on experience in EPC project delivery, technical operations, or within the oil and gas sector is required, including at least five years in a senior management position.

Possesses an in-depth understanding of oil and gas industry codes, standards, and regulations, encompassing both local and international frameworks.
