Key Responsibilities

Production Planning: Collaborate with department heads to plan and schedule production activities based on business needs.
Team Coordination: Assign tasks and supervise production staff to ensure operations run smoothly.
Quality Assurance: Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Resource Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of materials and equipment required for production.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the production process promptly.
Reporting: Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management.
Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a production or operations coordination role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various teams.
Proficiency in production management software or tools is an advantage.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and process improvement.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
