Job Description
Identify and prospect potential customers, generate leads, and convert prospects to business
Develop, present, and discuss proposals with customers
Coordinate with other team members to optimize the sales effort.
Describe features, technical specifications, and uses of E-mobility products or services to customers.
Provide support in E-mobility unit, design and lead the development of project scopes, bills of materials, and other supporting materials to ensure successful proposal submissions that lead to quality projects.
Identify key stakeholders and networks relevant to priority pipeline opportunities for effective prepositioning
Effectively communicate the organization’s value propositions, cultivate, and manage customer/partner relationships, and provide opportunities for cooperation, networking, and alliance building.
Ensure business development documentation and material are up to date and ready for sharing with potential customers and stakeholders, etc
Requirements
Qualifications required are A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, or B.Eng. in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or its equivalent.
A Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in Business Development
Able to lead the customer journey from initial prospect identification to signing.
Ability to work with financial models and create detailed customer proposals
Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage but not a benchmark
Ability to make presentations for existing and prospective customers
Must possess excellent management, as well as organizational skills
Able to manage multiple priorities and multiple stakeholder relationships, etc.
