Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Pre-Sales Specialist with a strong background in IT support tjoin our team. In this role, you will serve as the technical liaison between our sales team, clients, and technical teams. You will leverage your IT expertise tunderstand client needs, present tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless pre-sales process for our innovative technology products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Support
Collaborate with the sales team tidentify customer needs and craft tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concept (PoC) sessions tshowcase technical capabilities and value propositions.
Respond tRFIs, RFPs, and RFQs by preparing comprehensive technical proposals.
IT Expertise and Technical Consultation
Provide in-depth technical consultation tclients on IT systems, infrastructure, and software solutions.
Address technical queries and provide insights intthe integration, compatibility, and scalability of solutions.
Identify technical challenges during the pre-sales phase and propose practical solutions.
Collaboration and Solution Development
Work closely with internal teams (engineering, product, and customer support) trefine and customize offerings based on client needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor solutions toffer clients cutting-edge insights.
IT Support Integration
Leverage your IT support experience ttroubleshoot and resolve pre-implementation technical challenges.
Ensure smooth handover of client requirements tthe post-sales support and implementation teams.
Documentation and Reporting
Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, implementation guides, and user manuals.
Provide feedback tthe product and development teams based on client and market insights.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, ITIL, Microsoft Azure) are a plus.
Experience: 5+ years in pre-sales, IT support, or a similar role within a technology or IT company.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software applications, and cloud-based solutions.
Proficiency in networking, hardware, and system architecture.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is advantageous.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Ability twork collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
