JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Product Manager who will develop innovative and successful products that meet the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in product development and management and a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver products that meet the needs of our customers and achieve business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Outline a detailed consumer banking/payment/lending product strategy.
Manage product road maps and releases.
Understand product selling points.
Identify and fill product gaps.
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
Work closely with engineering and other functional teams to deliver product objectives.
Work with PR and marketing teams to manage product launches.
Act as a product evangelist and represent the company at public events.
Conduct market research and customer interviews to gain insights into customer needs and preferences.
Define and track key product metrics to evaluate product performance and drive improvements.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify key trends and opportunities in the market.
Communicate product updates and strategy to key stakeholders, including executives, cross-functional teams, and customers.
Work with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market plans, including pricing, positioning, and messaging.
Analyze product performance and provide recommendations for product improvements and future iterations.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
3 – 5 years of business banking / payment product experience.
Agile project delivery knowledge and experience.
Proven track record of successful product launch and scaling.
Passion for technology and ability to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments.
Excellent leadership skills with the capacity to collaborate and motivate others.
Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team.
Good critical-thinking skills; ability to effectively gather data, analyze and make well informed decisions.
Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts on the job.
Problem solving skills.
