Executive Driver

Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and reliable Executive Driver to join our dynamic real estate company. The ideal candidate will provide safe and efficient transportation for our executives and VIP clients, ensuring their timely arrival at appointments, meetings, and events. The Executive Driver will also be responsible for maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition, managing schedules, and assisting with other administrative tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide safe, timely, and comfortable transportation for company executives to and from meetings, appointments, and events.
Plan routes, considering traffic, road conditions, and executive preferences, to ensure timely arrivals.
Maintain an organized, punctual, and professional driving schedule.
Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fully fueled at all times.
Perform basic vehicle maintenance, including checking oil, tire pressure, and overall vehicle cleanliness.
Handle any minor issues that arise with the vehicle and coordinate with the fleet manager for major repairs or servicing.
Keep accurate logs of vehicle use, including mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance history.
Assist with running errands, such as picking up documents or supplies, as required.
Ensure confidentiality and discretion when transporting executives and handling sensitive information.
Assist with any special tasks, including setting up meetings or transporting real estate documents and materials when necessary.
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and a high level of professionalism in all interactions with executives, clients, and others.
Support the company’s broader operational needs as required, including administrative assistance.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional driver safety certifications preferred.
Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.
Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
In-depth knowledge of local and regional roads, traffic patterns, and routes.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in basic technology, such as GPS systems and smartphones.
