Job Summary

We seek a Head of HR Operations to manage all human resources functions and optimize the strategic allocation of our workforce resources.

Head of HR Operations is tasked with developing and overseeing budgets, enforcing company policies, and administering internal HR systems.

To excel in this position, candidates must possess substantial HR expertise in senior-level roles and demonstrate proficiency with Human Resources Management software.

You will be responsible for maintaining the operational efficiency of our HR department while ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.

Oversee and execute daily operational duties to ensure smooth business functioning, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication between departments. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications. Prepare and distribute reports as required, ensuring they are precise and submitted on time. Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with management to support strategic initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.

Revise compensation plans as part of key HR initiatives.

Develop and deploy comprehensive HRMS solutions and internal databases to support all departments and locations effectively.

Responsible for the management and administration of our payroll and performance evaluation systems.

Develop and implement comprehensive company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.

Review and refresh our employment contracts and related agreements to ensure they meet current legal standards and organizational requirements.

Develop and oversee departmental budgets to ensure financial alignment with organizational objectives.

Monitor critical HR performance indicators, including cost per hire and retention rates, to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment and employee engagement strategies.

Oversee internal communication initiatives, including job satisfaction surveys.

Assess the performance of our benefits programs and propose enhancements to optimize their impact.

Design and implement comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Ensure our record keeping and data processing practices align with GDPR regulations and maintain full compliance.

Seeking a skilled professional with proficiency in project management, exceptional communication abilities, and a strong background in software development or relevant fields. Must demonstrate expertise in leading cross-functional teams, driving project execution, and delivering results within strict deadlines. Candidates should possess a minimum of five years of experience in a related role, along with a proven track record of problem-solving and strategic planning. Additionally, familiarity with industry-standard tools, methodologies, and compliance regulations is essential. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline is required, while advanced certifications or relevant credentials are highly advantageous.

A Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management is required, with a Master of Science degree considered advantageous.

Extensive experience in a Head of HR Operations capacity or an equivalent leadership position within human resources is required.

Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems, particularly payroll software, is essential.

Skilled in developing compensation and benefits frameworks and systems.

Proficient understanding of labor laws and regulations is required.
