Customer Retention Specialist

Responsibilities:

Reaching out to customers before their respective renewal dates to notify them of the renewal.
Identifying opportunities to cross-sell existing products and services to customers to generate
company revenue. Also, upselling products and services to existing clients to increase sales and
improve the profit margin.
Building excellent knowledge of products and services and advising customers appropriately.
Building positive relationships with customers and business associates.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or any relevant degree.
2 – 6 years of Customer Service, Sales, Business Development, Customer Support or Tele markketing experience
Excellent communication skills and the ability to transform customer conversations into business-driving relationships while still managing to serve the customers’ goals as best as possible.
Experience working in a target-driven environment.
Knowledge of churn reduction tactics and experience implementing them to save accounts from churning
