Social Media Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative, skilled and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will develop, implement and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms while creating engaging content, growing our online presence and drive website traffic and sales.

Responsibilities

Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (eg. Original text, photos, videos and news)
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
Collaborate with other teams like marketing, sale and customer service to ensure brand consistency
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Oversee social media accounts’ design (eg. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

Requirements

3 years of experience in social media marketing or related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications or related field
Proven track records of success in developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions
Excellent content creation
Strong understanding of social media analytics and metrics
Experience with social media management tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
