Job Description

Build relationships to grow international student enrollment
Support the mission, vision, and strategic plan of Grayworth
Recruit international students and process international admission applications, advise applicants of program options and admission requirements
Process student files, conduct credential evaluation and GPA calculations.
Promptly and courteously, respond to phone calls, emails and other requests from students
Attend all meetings as requested / required
Collaborate with co-workers regarding new recruitment strategies, make suggestions on new strategies to increase marketing opportunities for international recruitment
Process immigration documents in compliance with Homeland Security Regulations
Stay up-to-date on government/legislative changes pertaining to international higher education
Utilize recruitment tools such as social media platforms, personal contacts, international educational fairs, presentations, etc.
Submit the report of international student files processed on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually.
Assist in development and execution of the international recruitment plan and the international orientations
Collaborate with other departments to assist in recruitment and enrollment efforts
Work with international partners institutions on collaborative projects
Attend to other duties as requested by the Director
Some weekend hours might be required during marketing and campaigns
This position might require traveling locally, regionally, nationally and overseas, if needed.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND or OND qualification with 1 – 4 years work experience.
