About The Job

We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will contribute to talent acquisition and engagement strategy. he/She will identify strategic orientations as well as HR market trends, in order to execute the talent strategy to support his/her clusters’ CBU stakes.

About you
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will;
Talent Acquisition

Identify culture fit to ensure that the right candidates are placed
Manage the full end to end process of talent acquisition

Innovation

Stay abreast of the latest talent developments, best practices and trends to implement leading edge expertise in Danone
Connect with Talent Groups to leverage leading edge approaches & share local innovations, create and develop learning network

Consumers, Customers & Stakeholders

Build relationships with external partner (e.g. recruitment agency, assessment providers, talent) and other Danone HR teams
Represent Danone brand image and attractiveness, both internally and externally.

Reporting

Update and submit the weekly recruitment tracker
Report on career progression and succession plans within departments

Requirements

HR related diploma or degree is essential or extensive experience as a Talent acquisition specialist
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR, preferably within Talent Acquisition
MS Office
Proven track record of selection and recruitment using multiple digital sourcing tools
