Role:
The IT Officer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our IT systems, providing technical support, and implementing technology solutions that align with the organization’s goals. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
Provide technical support to staff, ensuring quick resolution of IT-related issues.
Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data.
Oversee website updates, online platforms, and digital tools to enhance user experience.
Collaborate with departments to identify and implement IT solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, software licenses, and system upgrades.
Train staff on IT policies, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Atleast 2 years proven experience in IT support, system administration
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and data protection best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are an advantage.
