This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Operations and Fulfilment Officer at Astrum Energy Group’s location in GRA.
The role involves managing day-to-day operations, monitoring and optimizing operational processes, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
The Business Operations and Fulfilment Officer will be responsible for overseeing business operations, implementing fulfillment strategies, and driving operational excellence.
Qualifications
Experience working in financial sector
4years experience in same role
Knowledge of energy management or power solutions is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or relevant field
