Tour Guide

As a Tour Guide will be responsible for conducting guided tours, communicating effectively with clients, providing exceptional customer service, sharing historical insights, and generating sales through tour packages. The role requires a mix of on-site and remote work to cater to client needs effectively.

Qualifications

Guided Tours and History knowledge
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Marketing and Sales experience
Ability to adapt to diverse groups of people
Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, History, Communications, or related field
