Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily retail operations to ensure seamless customer service and sales achievement.
Provide creative input for designing fashion wear in line with current trends and brand identity.
Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine fashion collections.
Train and mentor retail staff to effectively promote and sell fashion products.
Monitor store inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and enhance the shopping experience.
Implement visual merchandising strategies that showcase fashion designs attractively.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends to advise both customers and the design team.
Ensure the store meets sales targets and operates within the budget.
Provide periodic reports on sales performance and customer preferences to management.
Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Requirements
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a sales supervisor in the fashion industry.
Proven ability to follow fashion trends and provide creative input for fashion designs.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage retail teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently.
Passion for Fashion and Creativity
