Key Responsibilities:
Process client funding transactions promptly and accurately.
Collaborate with internal departments, such as PSP and Accounting, to resolve any funding-related issues or discrepancies.
Monitor and reconcile client funding accounts on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
Assist clients with funding inquiries, provide guidance on available payment options, and address any concerns or questions regarding their accounts.
Keep up-to-date records of client transactions, funding requests, and any related documentation.
Assist in the development and implementation of improved funding processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Sales and Support teams to identify opportunities for the client acquisition and retention through competitive funding options.
Handling and locating clients’ deposits and allocating funds in client’s account.
