Job Description

A fashion creative director is responsible for the creative vision and direction of a fashion brand, collection, or editorial shoot.
They are responsible for the look and feel of the brand, and ensure that the creative output aligns with the company’s values and vision.
Creative directors typically need a solid background in advertising, marketing, or design.They also need to have a deep understanding of art and design history, pop culture, and social issues

Responsibilities

Develop the brand concept:Create the brand’s concept through its products, communications, and distribution.
Shape the brand image:Work with designers, stylists, and photographers to develop a visual aesthetic that reflects the brand’s identity.
Encourage innovation:Encourage designers and stylists to innovate and implement new ideas into their collections.
Manage projects:Manage multiple projects from concept through completion.
Communicate the creative brief:Communicate the creative brief with different departments such as finance, design, and marketing.
Pitch concepts:Pitch concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Liaise with clients:Liaise with clients to keep them up to date on the project or campaign.
Create brand guidelines:Create, develop, and enforce brand guidelines.
Participate in photoshoots:Participate in the photoshoots of the products and models to ensure that they remain consistent with the overall look of the collection.
