Sales Executive – Refractories IT Infrastructure Engineer

Description

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Ogijo. Your primary focus will be to drive sales of refractory products to clients in the steel, ceramics, cement, and sugar industries e.t.c.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the target industries.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Qualifications and Experience

5-10 years of proven experience in sales management within the cement, ceramic steel, or sugar industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
Generating inquiries from customers and submitting offers within speculated time.
Regular customer visits, understanding their needs & future potential, analyzing the problems faced by them (if any) & solving the problem.
Smooth execution of the orders received.
Customer relationship management.
Responsible for report preparation & presentation when and as required for the Sales team as well as for the whole unit
