Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Job Description

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee daily operations, drive the company’s growth, and align departmental activities with strategic goals.
This position requires someone who is proactive, organized, and able to lead multiple departments while ensuring targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management: Supervise all business units, including eCommerce, tech school, digital products, real estate, and agriculture.
Sales Growth: Ensure sales targets are met for eCommerce products, tech school enrollments, and digital courses.
Operational Efficiency: Implement effective processes for productivity, quality control, and cost optimization.
Team Collaboration: Work with department heads to develop strategies and solve challenges.
Grant & Investor Acquisition: Apply for grants and attract investors to fund and grow the company.
Financial Oversight: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring expenses.
Strategy Development: Work closely with the CEO to shape the company’s direction and expand market reach.

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
MBA or similar qualifications are a bonus but not mandatory.
Open to candidates with minimal experience if they demonstrate high intelligence, ambition, and resourcefulness.

Experience:

Preferred: 1 – 3 years in management, sales, or operational roles.
Strong interest and passion for leadership and strategy.

Communication and presentation skills.
Tech-savvy with basic familiarity with marketing and digital tools.

Probationary Period: The selected candidate will undergo a 3-month probation period to confirm alignment with the company’s objectives and performance standards.
Employment Terms: The COO must give a 1-month notice before leaving the position.
