Production Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor oven baking profiles for quality production with minimal waste.
Ensure machines are in optimal condition to avoid downtime.
Communicate operational issues to the Production Shift Coordinator.
Monitor production processes, allocate resources, and resolve bottlenecks.
Lead and ensure compliance with SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Collaborate with Quality Executives to maintain high product quality.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Production Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant production experience.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
