About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and versatile Customer Relations and Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team. This role requires you to provide excellent customer support, drive sales through telemarketing, and manage essential administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media promptly and professionally.
Resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns to convert prospects into customers.
Achieve monthly sales and customer engagement targets through effective communication.
Manage office communications, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
Organize and maintain records, files, and other important documents.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or administration.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
