Job Responsibilities
Explore and cultivate emerging business prospects across designated geographic regions.
Drive sales by marketing and distributing the company’s paper products to wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
Foster and sustain robust, mutually beneficial connections with valued customers.
Consistently meet or exceed predetermined monthly and quarterly sales quotas to drive revenue growth and ensure sustained business performance.
Perform comprehensive market surveys and deliver detailed analyses regarding competitor activities.
Compile and deliver sales reports in accordance with established schedules and requirements.
Secure timely receipt of customer payments in accordance with established schedules.
Seeking a highly organized individual with exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the position requires frequent interaction with team members and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and project completion.
A minimum qualification of Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in paper, packaging, printing, or related industries.
You possess exceptional abilities in both communication and negotiation, demonstrating a high degree of proficiency in these critical areas.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in fostering and maintaining positive customer interactions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving strategies.
Demonstrates self-motivation and consistently achieves established sales objectives.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office applications is required.
