Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Benin City, Nigeria. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients in Benin City and surrounding areas
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate new leads
Qualifications
Proven track record in sales with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Problem-solving aptitude with a customer-focused approach
Knowledge of local market trends in Benin City and surrounding areas
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage
