We seek a visionary Public relation, Marketing, and Media Lead who excels in strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and flawless execution to join our team.
This pivotal position is tasked with developing, maintaining, and overseeing the firm’s marketing, branding, and public relations initiatives to ensure cohesive and impactful execution.
Oversee and execute critical operational duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and adherence to established protocols. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, address inefficiencies, and implement data-driven improvements. Supervise team members, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to foster a high-performing culture. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and quality standards through rigorous assessments and corrective actions. Coordinate with stakeholders to align resources, priorities, and strategic initiatives for optimal project outcomes. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement efforts.
Craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and establish a distinct brand positioning in the marketplace.
Formulate and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategy that supports and advances the firm’s strategic growth objectives.
Articulate and refine the organization’s strategic brand positioning for both Wealth Management and Investment Banking divisions.
Develop comprehensive annual marketing and media strategies featuring clearly defined, quantifiable goals.
Devise strategic initiatives to pinpoint key client segments and craft customized messaging frameworks accordingly.
Develop and nurture meaningful connections with prominent journalists, editors, and media outlets to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Cultivate and secure strategic media placements, including favorable mentions, exclusive features, and insightful interviews, to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Prepare and disseminate press releases and other official corporate communications.
Handle any crisis situations that may arise by effectively managing communication efforts to mitigate potential damage.
Organize and manage interviews and media engagements for senior leadership, such as the Managing Partner, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
Prepare succinct briefing documents and strategic talking points tailored for external communications and engagements. Additionally, oversee and enhance the organization’s social media and digital presence to ensure consistent messaging and engagement across all platforms.
Create and implement a comprehensive, structured social media strategy aimed at enhancing brand visibility and fostering higher engagement levels.
Responsible for overseeing and sustaining the firm’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other pertinent social media platforms.
Develop and maintain premium content designed to establish the firm as an industry leader. • Track key analytics metrics and refine strategies in response to performance insights to drive continuous improvement.
Develop and manage the production of digital, video, and graphic content to effectively promote the firm.
Work closely with external designers, videographers, and content creators as needed to achieve project goals.
Create strategic initiatives designed to enhance the firm’s visibility and appeal in key client markets.
Boost the firm’s market presence and brand recognition in key urban hubs, including London, Lagos, Chicago, Abuja, and Dubai.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory. Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ is essential. At least three years of hands-on experience in software development is required. Familiarity with database management systems such as SQL or NoSQL is necessary. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills are crucial. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are expected. Ability to work in a team environment and meet project deadlines is important. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred. Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
A master’s degree or a professional certification in marketing or communications is highly desirable.
Skilled in using macOS applications including Keynote, Numbers, and Pages.
A robust expertise in branding, corporate communications, and media positioning is essential.
Seeking candidates with 5 to 8 years of professional experience in public relations, marketing, communications, or media, preferably within financial services, professional services, or a corporate setting.
Proven track record in cultivating and managing media partnerships while successfully securing positive press coverage.
