A dynamic and results-oriented Stationery Sales Agent is required to expand our stationery product distribution in designated territories. The successful applicant will be tasked with uncovering new business prospects, cultivating robust customer connections, and enhancing sales outcomes across supermarkets, manufacturing facilities, and various retail outlets.

Oversee and execute critical responsibilities to ensure operational efficiency and team productivity. Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives while maintaining high standards of quality and accountability. Provide guidance and leadership to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project completion and achieve departmental goals. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and resolving escalated issues.

Develop and execute strategies to market and distribute the company’s stationery products across supermarkets, manufacturing facilities, and various retail outlets.

Proactively uncover and cultivate new business prospects across designated territories.

Develop and sustain robust partnerships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients to foster long-term collaboration and mutual growth.

Consistently surpass monthly sales objectives through strategic planning and proactive client engagement.

Perform routine assessments of market conditions and maintain consistent engagement with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any emerging needs.

Facilitate optimal product visibility and secure robust market penetration.

Compile comprehensive sales reports and deliver strategic market insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making.

Track competitive movements and evolving industry dynamics to maintain a strategic advantage.

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications: a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least three years of relevant professional experience, proficiency in industry-standard software tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Additionally, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

A bachelor’s degree, HND, or OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

Achieved consistent success in surpassing established sales objectives.

Candidates must possess prior experience in field sales, specifically within the stationery industry.

Goal-oriented, energetic, and customer-focused professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.

The position offers a starting compensation of $100,000 per annum.

A transportation stipend of ₹50,000 is provided to support daily commuting expenses during the tenure of employment.
