Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Ensure timely and accurate report of financial data to management
Asist in the preparation of budget and forecast
Reconcile account and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Provide insight in cost saving opportunities and efficiency improvement
Ensure compliance with local, state and federal tax laws
Prepare and file tax return including sales and income tax
Implement recommendations from audit finding to improve financial processes
Provide financial insights and recommendation to management
Collaborate with other department to streamline financial process and enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
A minimum of BSc/BA degree in Accounting, Finance of related field.
Minimum of Eight (8) years of experience
Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
Experience with general ledger functions
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
