Job Duties
Maintain comprehensive compliance documentation and reporting systems. Regulatory correspondence on Switching related request.
Internal and external (regulators/vendor) audit liaison during reviews and examinations.
Develop, implement, and maintain effective compliance programs specific to switching operations.
Conduct regular reviews to identify and address potential compliance risks and spearhead the remediation process.
Render statutory returns specific to switching operations.
Transaction Monitoring and reporting. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance policies and procedures.
Stay up-to-date on all relevant switching industry regulations and standards set forth by the regulators.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance across the organization.
Advise management on compliance matters and escalate any critical issues.
