Commercial Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Commercial Sales Executive is responsible for driving B2B sales of white products to industrial and commercial customers. This role demands a proactive approach in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Core Responsibilities and Key Result Areas

Sales Strategy and Execution:      

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.       
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.            
Tailor sales approaches to meet the specific needs of industrial and commercial customers.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of white products and their applications in the commercial and industrial sectors.

Client Relationship Management: 

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and partners in the industrial and commercial sectors.              
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new deals.       
Provide after-sales support and follow up on client satisfaction to ensure customer retention.

B2B Lead Generation and Prospecting:     

Proactively identify and pursue potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and industry events.   
Develop a pipeline of qualified leads and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
Develop the D2D business by ensuring diesel to home prospects grow and the asset (peddler truck) we have is fully utilised at all times 

Contract Negotiation and Deal Closure:     

Lead negotiations and prepare contracts tailored to client needs and company policies.      
Ensure timely and accurate deal closure, coordinating with legal and finance teams when necessary.

Reporting and Sales Forecasting: 

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management.   
Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
Give market information on new trends and OMP weekly for planning and pricing and also competition analysis 

Collaboration and Teamwork:       

Work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to align on sales strategies and customer service initiatives.             
Collaborate with the product, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Educational Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Requirement

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on selling to industrial and commercial clients.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
