Job Summary:
We are seeking a self-motivated and dynamic Experience salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting our insurance and financial services. This role requires expertise in understanding insurance industry standards, strong analytical skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs.
Collaborate with underwriters to develop tailored insurance solutions for clients.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Ensure compliance with insurance industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Prepare and present proposals and reports to clients and management.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a First Degree (B.Sc. or HND) in a relevant field from a reputable University or Polytechnic.
2 years of proven experience in sales/marketing, preferably in a reputable insurance, finance, or insurance brokerage firm.
Strong knowledge of insurance industry standards, regulations, and practices.
