Job Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies to uncover actionable insights.
Develop clear and inspiring creative briefs that guide campaign development, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Leverage data and research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within both B2C and B2B sectors.
Collaborate with creative, media, and digital teams to ensure strategies are integrated and aligned across touchpoints.
Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, providing insights for optimization and future initiatives.
Partner with clients to shape and articulate their brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.
Design strategies that build brand equity and drive business growth, particularly for clients in B2B industries.
Monitor and analyze brand performance to provide ongoing strategic recommendations.
Develop tailored strategies for B2B clients, focusing on lead generation, customer retention, and market positioning.
Utilize account management skills to foster strong relationships with B2B clients, ensuring their needs are met through effective strategy and execution.
Understand and address the complexities of B2B sales funnels, procurement processes, and buyer decision-making cycles.
Build strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor on brand and marketing strategy.
Work closely with account management teams to ensure seamless client communication and project execution.
Provide strategic support for pitches and proposals, especially for B2B opportunities

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand strategy, account planning, or a related field, preferably in an agency setting.
Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a strong understanding of account management principles.
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Familiarity with the Nigerian and African Tech, Finance and Oil/Gas market dynamics.
Experience managing and delivering B2B campaigns.
Expertise in relationship-building with clients and internal teams.
