Store and Logistics Officer Secretary / Receptionist Operations Manager

Summary of Responsibilities

Conduct regular stock and inventory reconciliations to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts.
Maintain an organized and secure store layout to minimize risks of damage, theft, or loss.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records, reflecting both physical stock and system data.
Perform daily reconciliation of stock, verifying both physical inventory and digital records for consistency.
Prepare and submit regular stock reports to support decision-making processes and optimize inventory management.
Oversee the loading and offloading of products, ensuring that all procedures are followed to maintain product integrity and security.
Coordinate and schedule transportation logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers, meeting service standard e.t.c

Academic Qualification and Skills

Minimum of HND / BSc in Social Science or related field.
Minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar capacity in a structured working environment.
Attention to details and good record management.
Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
Organised and time management skills.
Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft office.
