Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service experience to guests coming into the facility
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and takedown messages.
Handle incoming and outgoing letters, packages, etc., and distribute them to the intended recipients
Work with the facility manager to ensure facilities are clean and tidy
Keep updated records and files
Work with the Facility Manager in monitoring office supplies
Monitor the activities of janitors
Qualifications
First degree from a reputable institution in Nigeria
0 to 1 year experience in a similar capacity
Display the willingness to build a career in a corporate environment
Proximity to Onipan, Ilupeju, Oshodi will be a huge advantage
