The Head of Sales (MFB) serves as an executive leader tasked with spearheading retail deposit growth, broadening market presence, and executing a bold customer acquisition strategy.

Your core objective involves optimizing profitability by effectively mobilizing cost-efficient deposits from retail and SME segments while overseeing the strategic development of high-quality, low-risk loan portfolios.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance evaluation to ensure organizational objectives are met effectively. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance with industry standards. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication to drive project success and innovation. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team and organizational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Serve as a liaison between senior management and operational staff, ensuring alignment with company goals and facilitating transparent information flow.

Leverage market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and ensure competitive positioning.

Field Force Leadership entails overseeing, guiding, and deploying a high-performing team of field professionals—branch sales managers, relationship officers, and field agents—across key commercial hubs to drive operational excellence and business growth.

We are seeking a dynamic leader to build and oversee a high-performing team of sales executives and business development managers, ensuring consistent achievement of periodic targets through strategic recruitment, comprehensive training, and ongoing mentorship.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are measurable metrics that evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of tasks, projects, and overall organizational performance, providing critical data to drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. These indicators are essential for monitoring progress toward predefined goals, identifying areas requiring optimization, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. They encompass a range of quantifiable factors, such as productivity rates, quality standards, financial outcomes, and operational benchmarks, tailored to the specific role and industry requirements. Regular assessment of KPIs enables proactive adjustments to workflows, resource allocation, and performance targets, fostering accountability and transparency across all levels of the organization.

The deposit portfolio demonstrates consistent monthly and quarterly expansion, driven by affordable and dependable funding sources.

Loan Portfolio Quality: The total value of disbursed loans must be maintained with the Portfolio at Risk (PAR) consistently below the regulatory threshold of 5%.

Customer Acquisition: Expansion of the active base of retail, market, and SME accounts across all branch locations.
