The candidate will have the following duties;
Responsible for the achievement of the zone primary sales and depletion targets during the financial year.
Managing the performance of the respective route to market partners. This includes stock management and stock delivery to modern retail as well as payments due to MDN.
Responsible for MDN brands growth across the zone
Managing the performance of the sales force to achieve KPI’s.
Provide leadership to the team, support the recruitment and capacity development of the sales force within the zone.
Build and develop mutually beneficial relationships with customers, distributors and other stakeholders
Manage distributor stock cover ensuring no incidence of out of stock – OOS.
Timely reporting using the proprietary application to capture critical sales information vital for effective decision making.
Support market intelligence functions
Implement Marketing initiatives to drive sales and promote brand visibility
Qualification & Experience;
First Degree or Higher National Diploma (minimum of lower credit) from a recognized higher institution.
Post-graduate/Professional Qualification would be an added advantage
Minimum 5-year Sales experience preferably in the in Wines & Spirits (FMCG) Industry
