Sales, Marketing and Partnership Manager (Platform)

Job Summary

As our sales marketing and partnership manager, you will be responsible for leading the growth of our platform. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive sales, create impactful marketing strategies, and build meaningful partnerships to enhance the platform’s reach and success. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong understanding of digital platforms, market trends, and customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth strategies  for  our  ecommerce and  marketplace  platforms.
Identify, onboard,  and manage  key  partnerships to  enhance  platform adoption  and  user engagement. 
Drive customer acquisition through targeted marketing campaigns and digital  outreach strategies. 
Collaborate  with cross-functional  teams  to ensure  seamless  platform functionality  and scalability.
Lead platform  monetization  efforts by  implementing  innovative revenue  models. 
Analyze platform  performance  metrics to  optimize  user experience  and  retention.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years ‘experience in sales, marketing, and partnership management, preferably in platform-based businesses. 
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
