Head, Sales and Marketing

Summary of Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the commercial operations of the company, ensuring the efficient execution of sales and marketing activities across the business chains.
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Create brand visibility and awareness across Nigeria through targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based promotions, to enhance brand positioning.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and improve performance.
Provide regular reports on marketing campaign performance, sales growth, and ROI to the Executive.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to support business growth e.t.c

Academic Qualification and Skills

Minimum of HND/BSc in Social Science or related field.
Minimum of 5 years working experience/exposure in Sales and Marketing in Commodity sales or FMCG. 
Ability to generate marketing leads in the two operational locations and across Nigeria.
Entrepreneurial Mindset.
A result driven personality and excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication, organisation and analytical skills. 
The job requires travelling i.e Ilorin and Ibadan.

The job requires travel to and from our two operational locations, namely Ibadan and Ilorin, as well as other regions in Nigeria.
