Business Development & Sales Manager (Klak)

Position Overview:

As a Business Development & Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in sales, revenue generation, business development, partnership, and go-to-market execution as we scale rapidly. You will be an entrepreneurial self-starter, using creative approaches to drive user acquisition and growth.

Responsibilities

Assume direct accountability for sales, growth, and customer acquisition on our products – cash flow management, automated reconciliation, accounts receivable automation
Recommend, develop, and implement new and creative approaches to drive recurring revenue across our product offerings
Collaborate with Finance, Product Management, and Marketing on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue goals
Collaborate with Marketing for demand generation, inbound and outbound, and other marketing programs to drive high conversion rates and efficient customer acquisition
Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities
Develop and analyze sales reports and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies; utilizing data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continually improve sales processes
Participate in high-level sales presentations and negotiations with clients
Identify and establish relationships with potential customers
Structure, price, negotiate, and execute channel partnerships and other agreements
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the enterprise B2B payments sector.

Requirements

5+ years experience in SaaS B2B sales and FMCG is required
Proven track record of selling to enterprise customers
Proven track record in structuring, pricing, and negotiating large-scale partnerships
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding established goals for the business and for partners
Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs, and drive results
Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done
Exceptional communicator (written and oral) with strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable wearing multiple hats and thriving in an ambiguous, dynamic setting
